Jharkhand on Sunday approved to implement the sixth central pay commission recommendations for the State government employees with retrospective effect. The employees would get arrears from January 1, 2006, Cabinet Secretary P.K. Jajoria told reporters after the meeting of the advisory council to the governor. The employees would get the arrears in instalments that would run into 2012.
