Jammu and Kashmir : Decision on 6th Pay Commission soon: Farooq

Praising his son and Chief Minister of the State National Conference President Farooq Abdullah Friday that government has already accepted the 6 th pay commission recommendations and announcement in this regard will be made soon. 
In a statement he said government had already accepted the 6th Pay Commission recommendations in principle. “The government had to manage Rs 38000 crores arrears of the employee’s right from the January 1, 2006. The government has raked up the issue with the New Delhi and announcement in this regard will soon be made,” Abdullah said.
Abdullah said that Omar Abdullah has many challenges ahead but he was fully capable to meet all of them.
The senior Abdullah said: “The CM is busy in resolving day-to-day issues of people these days. But he has many big challenges ahead and he is fully capable of dealing with them.”
