1. IT IS AN AGREEMENT BY MAJORITY UNIONS.EVERYBODY SHOULD ACCEPT.DON'T QUESTION.
2. NO COMPULTION TO OPT! THEREFORE DON'T QUESTION .
3. WHEN MONEY SPENT FOR PENSION OPTEES IT IS AS PER SETTLEMENT 1993.
WHEN MONEY IS ALLOCATED FOR NEW PENTION OPTEES, IT IS A JESTURE OF IBA!

M E M O R A N D U M
In terms of rule 12 of the WBS (ROPA) Rules, 2009, the arrears of pay to which a State Government employee is entitled to during the period from the 1st April, 2008 to 31st March, 2009 shall be paid in cash in three consecutive equal yearly instalments beginning from the year, 2009‐2010.
2. Accordingly in terms of Memo No. 3950‐F dated 27.05.2009, the first instalment of arrear calculated as per item 6 of this Department’s Memo. No. 2728‐F dated 07.04.2009 was released to the State Government employees on and from 1st August, 2009.
3. Now a question has been raised as to when the second instalment of the arrear pay and allowances will be released.
4. After careful consideration of the matter, the undersigned is directed by the order of the Governor to state that the second instalment of arrear already calculated as per item 6 of this Department’s Memo. No. 2728‐F dated 07.04.2009 will be paid to the State Government employees beginning on and from 1st August, 2010.........."
