CONSIDERING THE PROFITABILITY AND THE PIONEER POSITION THAT LIC IS ENJOYING AND THE LOWEST EMPLOYEE COST IN THE WORLD THE PEANUT OFFERED BY THE LIC MANAGEMENT IS TOTALLY RIDICULOUS AND PATHETIC. WHEN PERSONS WITHOUT MUCH RESPONSIBILITY ARE ENJOYING ASTRONOMICAL PAY INCREASE IN THE GOVERNMENT/PUBLIC SECTOR WHY THE FINANCIAL SECTOR ALONE IS VICTIMISED BY THE NORTH BLOCK. PERHAPS THEY WANT TO KEEP THE LOW COST FUNDS TO THE INDUSTRY /VARIOUS WELFARE SCHEMES AT THE COST OF PUBLIC FUNDS AND LOW SALARY INCREASE. LIC UNION IS ALSO NOWAY DIFFERENT FROM BANK UNIONS.
LET GOD SAVE BOTH LIC AND BANK EMPLOYEES FROM THE CLUTCHES OF MOF/TRADE UNIONS. PAYCOMMISSSION IS THE ONLY SOLLUTION.

just see the difference in entry scale offered by LIC and Banks now , earlier it was Rs.10000 and Rs.11110 in Banks and LIC and now it is Rs.14500 and Rs.17240 respectively, a huge difference. Bank officers have been completely ****ed by Unions.
