West Bengal issued order of Child Care Leave for it's female employees

West Bengal Govt. issued order in line of the conditions with the Central Govt. for Child Care Leave. A maximum of 730 days for taking care upto two children in entire service life is permissible. The leave will not be granted less than 15 days in a spell and not more than 3 spells in a calender year. It may be combined with any other leave and leave salary will be admissible equal to pay drawn immediately before proceeding on leave.

I would like to know whether the child care leave will be applicable for lady teachers' of Govt.aided school in W.B?vsa
