DOPT issued fresh clarification on Children Education Allowance on 21.02.12

Some frequently asked questions in this regard has been clarified by DOPT.

In a further O. M.  it is clarified that Development Fee in lieu of tuition fee is admissible and the criteria of  minimum age of 5 years for the children is removed.
