WRIT ADMIITED IN HIGH COURT OF CHENNAI
+++++++================
BANK EMPLOYEES PENSION
Congrates and Thanks to VRS OPTEES FOR FILING THE WEIT FOR ANOTHER OPTION TO PENSION .
IT WILL BE BETTER IF THE SUPREME COURT OF THE COUNTRY CALL ALL THE RELATED CASES FROM VARIOUS HIGH COURTS ON PENSION IN BANKS BEFORE THE SUPREME COURT ITSELF.

THERE ARE THOUSAND OF BANK OFFICERS WHO HAVE TAKEN VRS UNDER THEIR RESPECTIVE BANKS VRS SCHEME. THEY ARE DENIED SECOND OPTION OF PENSION. I MUST CONGRATULATE THOSE WHO HAVE TAKEN THE SHELTER OF COURT TO GET SECOND OPTION OF PENSION. IT IO LEGITIMATE RIGHT OF THE OFFICER & IT CAN NOT BE DENIED.ONLY THING IS THAT SOME ONE HAS TO BREAK THE ICE. HAPPY TO LEARN THAT CHENNAI HC HAS ADMITTED THE CASE. WHATEVER THE OUTCOME IS BUT ONE SHOULD FIGHT FOR THEIR RIGHT. CONGRATULATION.

in associate banks of sbi where pension regulations 1995 are in existence the employees who opted vrs after 15 years but before 20 years are still not allowed pro rata pension, whereas in all nationlsed banks, pro rata pension is started a way back.
in recent judgment on internt on banks site we found one judgment of DB from Hon'ble Delhi high court wherein it was decided that in SBI pension regulations 1995 were not in existence so this amendment has no relevance, but what about associate banks ? neither the banks contribution is still given nor prorata pension is given... a great worry for the famalies of the associate banks, just around 17 in SBBJ.

SBBJ VRS OPTEES 2001 STILL WAITING FOR PRO RATA PENSION..
it is a matter of great sorrow that even in existence of the Pension regulations 1995 ikn sbbj, about 17 employees who opted vrs after 15 years but below 20 years, neither got the pension nor the PF contribution credited by bank, in associate banks pension is 2nd retiral benefit not 3rd as in SBI.
only SBI is making a hurdle yet whereas in SBI it was third benefit, since SBI did not allow such pension, so they are denying in associates also.
recently one judgment on internet on this site also titles as vipil kalia and ors v/s SBI and others decided by HOn'ble Delhi high court (DB) it was said that in SBI there is no pension regulations 1995 so there is no question of amendment of pension regulations 1995 as sited by IBA, but what it the default of these 17 employees of SBBJ and some in other assoicates also... ?
where is our top leaders and think tanks ?
please solve...
