This shows the quality of our leadership and their interest on the members.Under the present leadership will our next round of BPS which is expected to commence in 2012 will see the light of the day. Young officers/staff think twice before you follow your leaders.
we came to know that petition filed by IBA cameup for hearing before the bench and interim stay was vacated by Chennai High Court . At least the management became more wise than our trusted UFBU leadership.Hopefully the IBA will release the circular for implementation of pension.Beware the result is on account of initiative taken by IBA not by UFBU.
So at last stay at Madras High court is vacated because of IBAs efforts as read in this site only.
as there was case on 9th but not a single advocate from IBA,AIBEA,NCBE ect not attended hence it is postponed to 18th,so we thought again it will take 15 years to get option. Now at least some relief has come reading that stay is vacated. Now what is the position whether IBA will instruct the bankers to issue option
letters during this week or again will it take another months or so.So i request our great leaders to press upon IBA to issue instructions at once.So that retirees will get pension from Nov.Because it will take 90 days to start pension. No web site has given the news about stay vacated why?whether the news is correct or not again fear in mind.So pl publish it immediately and give some relief to retirees and ext staff.
Except postponing the implementation of pension option, nothing is achieved by the Canara Bank Workers union.Atleast now other unions should sto this type of acts
