Ex-servicemen of Punjab advised to approach banks for details of revised pension

District Sainik Welfare Department Punjab has advised all Ex-servicemen of Punjab to approach concerned banks for details of their revised pension.
 



Disclosing this on Thursday a spokesman of the department said that in case of failing log of  details they may contact with respective District Sainik Welfare Office for further action.         

Giving the details of pension the spokesman said that all banks were duty bound to calculate the revised pensions of Pre-2006 pensioners by 31 July, 2010 and forward the same to concerned Pension Disbursement Authority for issue of revised Pension Pay Order. The Banks were also duty bound to give detailed Calculation Sheet to each pensioners.
