09..08..2010 on the Charter of Demands of the Uniited Forum.. The detaiills off discussion are as given below..
The United Forum will meet at 11..00 hours tomorrow
the10.08.2010 to discuss the further course off action.
Implementation of Non-Executive Promotion Policy
BSNL CO will iissue the necessary clarification to all the CGMs iin this week itself.. Our demand that officials shoulld be given option for pay fixation on the date of next increment is accepted.
The modifications demanded by the Staff Side will be discussed iin the National Council meetiing to be helld on 27..08..2010..
Anomalies
Management side told that it was still under consideration by the Executiive Director (Finance).Staff Side expressed it’s extreme unhappiness on the delay and demanded that order shoulld be
iissued without further delay..
BSNLMRS
Management side accepted to positively consider our demand for withdrawal off BSNL CO letter dated 16tth Apriill,, 2010, whiich lliimiits BSNLMRS facillity to only two chiilldren.. Management side also accepted the need for further discussion to improve the BSNLMRS.........."
