Recent Supreme Court judgement on CGHS

Recently Supreme Court delivered a verdict on treatment in non CGHS empanelled hospital.
It is clarified on the order itself that the order is confined on that specific case only. It may not be treated as a general rule and the criteria of reimbursement in private hospital remains the same as before..
