They will settle for 15% maximum.Reveal earlier demands and achievements.
Now I am out Mr Chandan from Bank. But I am too eager to know what percentage of increase unions would achieve this time.Because, seniors were blamed at the time of 9 th BPS that due to pension load factor the increase was restricted to 17.50 % otherwise it would have been more than 30 %.
This time it would be a litmus test for all unions to show their strength and achieve their goal of getting 30 to 50 % of increase as put forth by several blog writers at the time of 9 th BPS. Let us hope they will.
nothing to happen..this is purely a match fixing scene. we are hope for 25 to 30% hike but fact is that only the officers get much more fruits from it.bcoz managment team and officers union are same people. we are only the black people under union jack who always ignore by white skin management... once again nothing to happen
why unions are delaying submission of charter of demands?.it should have been submitted 6 months before the settlements became due i.e. 1st nov.12. it is only after the unions submit their demand talks for bps will start. is it silly delaying tactics as usual so that the arrears accumulates handsomely, and so does levy because it some % of arrears. Instead unions are busy in irrelevant calls for strike on 25 & 26 july
I THINK THAT IN 10th SETTLEMENT BANKS CAN GET 15-20% MAXIMUM DUE TO IMPROPER DEALING AND DISPUTETS BETWEEN OUR DIFFERENT BANK UNION LEADERS. WE ARE LOOSING THE PROPER BENIFITS OF SETTLEMENTS LIKE GOVERNMENTS AND SOME BANKS ARE NOT GIVING PROPER PERKS TO WORKMEN STAFF DUE TO LOOSING OF OUR UNION LEADERS.OTHERWISE WE CAN GET 40-50% GAIN IN SALARY SETTLEMENT.
