Karnataka announced D.A. with effect from January 2012

"Govemment are pleased to sanction increase in the rates of  Dearness Allowance payable in  the 2007 pay  scales from  the  existing 69.57% to  76.75% of  the basic pay to  the  State Government employees with  effect from  lst  January  2012 and  upto 31st  March  2012. The  Dearness Allowance of  76.75% admissible with  effect  from1st  January 2012 is merged with basic pay in the 2012 revised pay' scales with effect from 1st April 2012......."
