As per 1995 pension rules there is a provision to review this scheme after ten years i.e during the year 2005 it should be reviewed but after a lapse of mor than six year it seen in the new that Govt considering increase of enhancement of pension under EPS 1995 STRANGE this scheme for industrial workers but not pertains to BPL/Defence/Central govt emp.etc.... Industrial workers are beast of burden they are meant to serve the Nation and Nation Agents are Politicians the ruling parties. By floating social schemes they can divide the amount among their own where as enhancement of pension from employees own contribution is a reasing chempor for these buracretic democrats. How these buracratic politicians can think about the industrial workers.
EPS 1995 scheme is a total loss to the workers. In the name sweet name of Pension, the FPS accured amount of thousands of crores was taken away by the Government. Now the workers who retired are not even getting the amount which is sufficient for a cup tea for the total month. Is it called a Pension? This is cheating of workers? Is it a social security? why review is not made by the so called Experts. GVNRao,B.Sc,LLB, Secretary, Health Education & Legal Protection Services(HELPS)
