Bonus cheers for central employees

Central Govt. hiked the calculation ceiling of bonus for employees with effect from F.Y. 2014-15.
The ceiling has been doubled to Rs 7000 from existing Rs 3500. This will be effective for both PLB and Adhoc Bonus. Govt. employees will get get arrears of Bonus for 2014-15, and bonus for the year 2015-16, which is yet to be announced, will be calculated on Rs 7000.

Why this type of disparity in Centre Govt.and State Govt employees though both are in India and within the same constitution.

Haaa! There is much more interior posting in state service without car & quarter facility, but in central postings are in cities ,where. One can avail anything with much more bigger salary....
