Kerala to pay advance salary of September for Onam

Update on 30.08.2013 : Limit enhanced to 50%

Kerala Govt. has sanctioned 25% of salary in advance to it's employees for the month of September 2013 on account of Onam festival. The amount will be disbursed to the willing employees between 11 and 13 of September and will be adjusted towards normal salary payment at the end of the month.
