I think enhancement of age upto six years is not justification owing to increasing of un employed youth particularly for well qualified. But, the pay anomaly of clerical staff and regularization of daily wages/casual labors and rest amount of six pay arrears in cash should be. The then Hon'ble Chief Minister Gh. Nabi Azad has bee promise had approve pay anomaly of clerical staff from 2006, but unfortunately the leaders of employees has refused. This was very un lucky.
