73 day's Productivity Linked Bonus for Rail. Ceiling raised to Rs 3500 for all Central Govt. Employees

Good news for Railway staff. Something to cherish for other Govt. Employees also.

Railway employees will be getting 73 day's Productivity Linked Bonus for the F.Y. 2007-08. More than 13 lakh of Railway people {All non-gazetted Group B,C and D employees will be benefited from this decision.

Govt also enhanced the ceiling for PLB and Adhoc bonus to Rs 3500 from 2500 w.e.f  01/04/2006.
This will benefit all Central Govt. employees. Therefore all eligible Central Govt. employee will be getting their revised bonus for the F.Y. 2006-07 and 2007-08.

After implementation of sixth pay commission, a new bonanja in the festive season for the Govt staff.
