Fitment value has not undergone any change,as observed from the latest letter of 23.05.2015.Only Finance Ministry is the competent authority to clarify whether 2.57% is final or likely to be revised to 2.67% in order to have uniformity all round respecting civil pensioners....
They all are making us big fool by giving next dates for allowance and all rest commitments
We should go on indifinate strike
Can't happen any change without strike
Get ready for another foolish promise
