Hope someday army officers too get these benifits.our pcda is at pune and we dont enjoy these perks.our claims often settled late and no body cares.30 yrs service and its done now.next life intend to join some civil government job :)
The situation is no different in civil service too. The auditors take hell of a time for processing it. Govt. can keep issuing such orders but nothing will change at the grass root level.
