Why Govt is delaying the 10th PBS?
All the Unions, Govt/IBA must be see other counterpart at the time 10th BPS.

Cancellation of meeting by IBA is not fair. Work load of bank employees became high after introduction of aadhar, financial inclusion , recollect of 2005 before printed notes etc . But salary is not compensate with work load. This is not at all fair.

Banks Union will accept 12.50% raise because Govt. has to invest our 50% into non-income sector like state Govt.Dept. and others. If the union will accept this poor BPS then in future every time we bankers have to face this burning problem. This is the business what the govt. deals with us. Bankers ke kandhe pe banduk rakhake phodne ki baat......

Why we negotiate with iba if they are so casual.we should put our demand straight for immediate settlement else march on to indefinite strike........
