Terminal Benefits of smaller financial value are also at the mercy of the Election Commission. The concept of !!! Prior Permission!!! will be in reality...
Even with out any increase,RBI has not come out with an effective plan in the matters relating to Residential Verification of Old Age People.!!! A Star Issue!!! which needs special attention.
Level Representation Favouring all pensioners on par with Last Basic Pay Drawn + Grade Pay...can still be the Commencement Value of Pension.Date of Effect can be with the Seventh Pay Commission
report. On the same lines Monthly Medical Allowance needs to be at uniform Rate(s)to all classes of pensioners.A way out to over come the hidden variations all round.
Employees who are retiring on 30th june are denied an increment since they are not in service on 1st july. One of the suggestion is to consider them also i.e employees who retire on 30th june for granting one increment. Though the same was appraised to Commission, there is complete silence regarding it in the report. So this is to be considered in priority basis. Already most of the state govt. are already extending this benefit to its employees.
