Bank Walo ko Budhhu samajhta hai kya ???
Union should insist iba to make the agenda clear. And also let know with what mandate they are coming. What is the worth of the talks if IBA again repeat their old dialogue that they don't have mandate on some or other matter
Bankers are fools...they are being cheated by their union leaders
If UFBU leaders are really serious about 10th BPS then they have not to withdraw strike call and also not going to CLC consilation meeting,b'coz If IBA is really serious then Why not call meeting before strike.
Both UFBU & IBA making us fool.
NOW THIS THE TEST OF UFBU LEADERS.
No compromise <25% and Indefinite strike in February'2014.
untill indefinite strike IBA drama continues, but our leaders no guts to give call
Give indefinite strike call in January itself..
I agree with Sanjay Bhatt Ji and I have a question in my mind that why.not IBA provide a Date for discussion before the strike Date they are just making the fool of our leaders.I request our leader not to Withdrawn the strike if date is not provided before 20th of January. Becarefull this is only a Drama date not for discussion date of IBA 29th Jan.2014.
If IBA not agree to talk before 20th, then go for 2 days strike and followed by indefinite.
when ministry finance dictate terms for any matter involving wages, personell policy what is the role of iba.iba is a crook middleman.regarding union.we cansay it is also a middleman who wants to maximise their profit through levy by trying to delay wage negotition spanning three years.so it is futile to expect early settlement
Full support to Mr Sanjay. But we will get the BPS around mid of 2015 which is 5 years from last drawn! Before that four/five wage cut will be there on account of strike action. And it will be around 15% and not more than that I think.
Bankers should understand that they will be again cheated by so called strong unions with no teeth, wait for the drama to end ,nothing will be achieved other then crying over our fate...
Who will tell this to us whether they want to revise our wages or not. Where is their mechanism. Delay delay and only delay.what do they want to do. Really these days whoever is coming in banking industry is deeply regretted. Everything is visible, cristal clear even after this, they are sleeping.
Ufbu should call for indefinit strike if iba not accept our demand in next meeting. If all the members are ready why union leader hesitate for strike call?
I wonder the ministry of finance under which banks function always not like bank employees. nowhere in the world under any government, the ministry always take care of wages and welfare of its employees. its only the Finance Ministry of Govt of India always show dislike and distrust of bank employees.
It is a matter to be mentioned that UFBU should respond the IBA's call on 29.01 provided they give written consent to hike 25% of overall Pay scale of each category of employee with other benefits such as medical benefit. LFC and others
UFBU & IBA both are cheating to each other and also compromise with each other. Because leader's think that what they are doing that is correct and helpful to employee's. Like this IBA knows very well that how to deal with leader's by offering silly offers so that they agree with them and IBA will get positive results.
If the Bankers is being given 50% targets to achieve the business growth every year then why should our leaders are not demanding wages rise more than 150% after every 5years. We are giving 40% Net Income earner to Govt. every year. We want to ask to IBA and our UFBU leaders that is there any dept. is there who gives this much income to govt. Please justify and then talk to CLC because we are banker not a beggar. For Exmp. State Govt. Dept. are not giving any Income to Govt. even they are not paying tax from there regular Income.
