Finance Minister meets Expenditure Secy on Central employees allowance

It is learnt from All India Railwaymen's Federation, Finance Minister is busy with a meeting with Secretary of Expenditure regarding Lavasa Committe report on allowances for Central Govt. employees.
It may be mentioned that Lavasa committee has submitted it's report to Finance Ministry yesterday though content of the report has not been made public yet.
