Update on bank bipartite meeting held on 17th Sep 2014

TODAY'S (17th Sept)MEET BY BANK UNIONS (UFBU)WITH IBA

As per information,in order to find amicable solution,U.F.B.U. indicated flexibility  on its demand of 25% provided I.B.A. revise its offer substantially and also settle other issues. 
IBA told they would hold meeting in the next week and respond.

Instead of begging for decent sal hike, which we will not get, union leaders should ask atleast for BPL CARD for young bankers to atleast survive and serve the great nation day n night wholeheartly
