Is there any invitation or unilateral decession by unions
Dear Mr. Javeed Bhat ,
It is the decision of Bank Unions(UFBU).In earlier meeting held on 13th June '14 at Mumbai it was decided by bank unions(UFBU) to meet Finance Minister,to appraise the issues and demands of employees under ongoing 10th BPS.

long back we are telling iba has lost the power to negotiate with unions because for any thing it has to take permission from finance ministry and finance minister. the great leaders of u f b u know it.then for so long why this drama.
fm might have changed but the officers of finance ministry are the enemy of of bank employees who will sabotage any talk with new finance minister.these crooked officer are hell bent against any fruitful dialogue with fm.
