West Bengal issues 7% D.A. order from 1.1.2013

Ending all confusion over actual percentage of increase, the state Govt. yesterday issued 7% D.A. order for the Govt. employees with effect from 1st January 2013, taking the total Dearness Allowance to 52%.
Govt. has also issued order for teachers, non teaching staff, employees of local bodies, statutory bodies, undertakings etc vide a separate order.

When another installment of DA will be cleared? Is there any chance of announcement of another installment of DA in march or april 2013? Because center is likely to declare another 8% da in march

Any possibility of releasing another installment of DA in this month before panchayat election? Does Any one have idea about this?
