Probable DA for Bank employees from November 2011

Exact increase may only be calculated on 31st October, when labor bureau will announce the CPI data. So keep watching.
The revised Dearness Calculation for bankers are as follows. Viewers are requested to ignore the earlier prediction about possible increase in this blog. We sincerely apologize the wrong data provided  regarding CPI for the month of July and August 2011. 
Likely D.A. increase : 5.40% [Increase of 36 slabs]


The exact increase for DA cannot be given at this stage as GOI has yet to announce the CPI for the month of September, 2011.   However, based on the CPI already announced for the month of July, 2011 and August, 2011, we are doing this guess work.   The CPI announced so far  are as follows:-

There has been sharp increase in CPI in the month of July, 2011, and small increase in August, 2011.  Assuming that there will be no marginal increase in  CPI for August, 2011the revised DA is likely to be around 59.40%, for the months of November, December, 2011 and January, 2012 (i.e. increase of 36 slabs).   [The present DA is  54.00% for the months of August, September and October, 2011].

    if you predict anything you should predict it nearest to reality. as per my calculation
    the no. da will be 38/39 slabs more.
    I think it will be more realistic prediction or neare to actual.

    da calculation in correct,labour bearu declared cpi iw for july 193,agu 194 and assume for sept 194,based on this da likely increase by 5.4% or 36 slabs

    as you have informed in your column cpi for july'11 was 4357.94 aug'11 it was 4380.52 but data for the same month reported as 4405 and 4428 in"all banking solution com".pl.tell me about the same. we should not predict any thing about the price index.wait till the govt.announces
    probably on 17/10.

    As per the trend of price rise during Sept 2011, it appears that the cpi will be 195 points minimum for sept. If so, the DA will be 38 slabs. If cpi touched 196, the likely DA will be 39 slabs.(39.95slabs) Minimum 38 slabs is almost confirmed.

    ARNABJIT RAY of THE NEW INDIA ASSURANCE CO. LTD, KRO predicted that the DA for Bank & Insurance employees for Nov, 2011 is between 36 to 38 slabs. CPI for Sept, 2011 will only be published by the Govt. on 19/10/2011

    ARNABJIT RAY OF THE NEW INDIA ASSURANCE CO.LTD, KRO HAS COMMENTED THAT THE CPI FOR INDUSTRIAL WORKERS FOR SEPT, 2011 MAY RANGE BETWEEN 195 TO 196 POINTS RESULTING IN INCREASE OF 38 TO 39 DA SLABS FOR NOV, 2011. THIS ID DUE TO THE STEEP PRICE RISE IN SEPT, 2011.

    CPI must be in multiples of 22.8259 or 23 points. Accordingly, after 4428, the next one will be 4451 or 4474 and the likely DA shall be 38 or 39 slabs only.
