West Bengal to disburse part salary in cash

West Bengal Govt., in line with their central counterpart extended the facility of cash advance to it's Group C, D employees, teaching and non teaching staff, staff of local bodies ,autonomous bodies etc.

Do you remember these assurances? Now,WHERE IS NJCA?If the Confederation is going for agitation against the going back from the assurances by the Group of Ministers,Why are you not exposing the going back from the assurances given by the NJCA?Still you are calling ShivGopal Mishra as "Comrade" and consider him as a leader of CG employees.What is his stand on the agitational programmes by the Confederation?Why are you keeping mum about the silence of ShivGopal Mishra?Simply writing letters one in three months and doing nothing is making fool of the CG employees.If you are sincere,then expose the cheating of the NJCA leader.
