Alongwith wage revision, pension updation should also be actively considered.

It's strange that after the December 5th strike, the Unions have planned for review meeting on 17th December I.e. after around 2weeks. This is again sheer waste of time and fooling the Aam Bankers. This could have been done almost immediately on 6th December to take stalk of the situation and to decide on further course of action. It is high time, they give the Call for Indefinite Strike without wasting precious time as Modi is against giving lift to unions.

indefinite strike is the only solution for an early honourable settlement on all issues including updation of pension.

Nothing is going to happen. We have to wash off wage revision by doing shraddha. Let wage revision rest in peace in the hands of UFBU-IBA-Govt.

Unions and iba playing game with employees. Why Unions doing relay strike, if bankers want honorable wage revision, they have to go on indefinite strike. Also unions didn't clarify their stand on new recruits pension and other issues. Unions have has to clarify their own stand and has to issue circular and further course of action.
