BANK UNIONS (UFBU) MEET IBA TODAY(7.6.13) AT MUMBAI

No significant development.
IBA's Negotiating Committee headed by Shri. T.M. Bhasin met the United Forum of Bank Unions today(7.6.2013) at IBA office in Mumbai.
UFBU demanded for a time bound programme to complete the negotiations without much delay to arrive at the wage revision settlement at the earliest. IBA also agreed with the views and informed that the same can be worked out by mutual discussions.

Date of next meeting will be informed by IBA shortly.

PENSIONERS SHOULD BE ALLOWED IN TALKS

It is surprising that after all these days the only thing agreed upon is that settlement should be concluded in a time bound manner. UFBU should force the issue.

govt & trade unions should meet at regular interval.not to waste time so much for calculating.not only election, each time before negotiation, time frame should be imposed.we do not want to look anyone with a jaundiced eye. Shyamal sinha (WB)

RELAX !!!!

EVERY THING ABOUT 10th BPS IS ALREADY FIXED.

AFTER 24-34 MONTHS EVENTS OF BPS SIGN WILL TAKE PALACE AS PER FIXED BETWEEN IBA AND UFBU AS PER IBA WISHES. UFBU HAS NO CONTROL OVER NEGOTIATION TALKS EVEN AFTER 10LACS EMPLOYEES BEHIND THEM.

TRUE PICTURE IS THAT UFBU IS NOT CAPABLE EVEN TO TAKE MEETING DATE FROM IBA.UFBU RUNNING ON IBA MERCY.
IBA NOT GIVING IMPORTANCE TO UFBU NOW AND IN PAST ALSO.

EVERYBODY CAN UNDERSTAND, EVEN AFTER 4 ROUNDS OF TALKS FINISHED NOTHING IS ACHIEVED BY UFBU. THEY ARE GOING AND PRAYING IBA. OK . COMEBACK . WAITING FOR CALL FROM IBA FOR NEXT MEETING. IBA CALLING THEM WITH MERCY AGAIN THEY RUN TO IBA, PRAYING AND COME BACK WITH EMPTY HANDS.

WHAT A COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AND WHAT A LEADERSHIP.

WELL DONE.
GOD HELP US.

Dear colleague,
Unfortunately to say but it is true that there is no union activity in Bihar and Jharkhand. Most of the non working fellows are union leaders, resulting they always leg pull each other and avoid difficult works. We are fade up with them. In every meeting you will find they are all drunker and only try to pocket money from union account. Almost 100% of them are corrupted person. Please help us and think about us so that we can exist. Almost the employee are working like bonded labours in Bihar and Jharkhand. I practically hate them all. Suddenly I found your website and request help from you. At least you are working something for your members.
