W.B. Teachers may register for mutual transfer in the Dept. of School Education

West Bengal teachers may use this link to register request for Mutual Transfer Application in the portal of Dept. of School Education, West Bengal Govt.
So far 24,196 teachers have been registered their application through this Govt. website (as on 15.01.2012)

When this mutual transfer actually came into force? Is the mutual transfer act(wbssc 2nd amendment act,2010 ,notification date 1st march,2011)came into force? I am very much eager to know when it will comence.
