Punjab set up cabinet sub committee to examine demands of employees


The Punjab Cabinet approved to constitute a Cabinet Sub Committee to look into the pending demands and issues related to various employees’ organizations. 
A decision to this effect was taken here at a meeting of the Cabinet chaired by Punjab Chief Minister Mr. Parkash Singh Badal on 20.10.2011
Disclosing this here today [20.10.2011] a spokesperson of the Punjab government said that the sub-committee had been asked to submit its report by the 30 October so that the final decision for the implementation of employees’ demands on the basis of the recommendations of the sub-committee could be taken by the Cabinet.
