When do these order become effective. Although they were signed on 13 Jul 09, they were received in our office only on 7 Aug. I had booked my air ticket on 24 Jul by a pvt airline for travel on LTC as at that time I (nor any one else in our office) was not aware of the change in orders. Will my claim be passed? If not, do I have any legal recourse? Its a matter of Rs 30,000
